I live in Boca Raton FL and was wondering what it would cost to have a bat colony removed from the attic of my home. I was just wanting a price in general. It is a two story home and 4 rooms (well more , but that's all that's covered with the attic. I BELIEVE I HAVE BATS IN MY FIREPLACE/CHIMNEY. I KNOW THEIR NOT BIRDS CAUSE THEY DON'T SOUND LIKE BIRDS. BUT EVERYTIME I WALK NEAR THE FIREPLACE THEY MAKE THIS NOISE. I THINK WHEN THEY WERE BABIES THEY SOUNDED LIKE BIRDS I USE TO LOVE TO HEAR THEM. NOW THAT THEY ARE BIGGER THEIR SHRIEK IS HORRIBLE. AND THERE ARE TO PARTS TO MY FIREPLACE, MY HUSBAND TRIED TO SMOKE THEM OUT (I TOLD HIM THAT WOULDN'T WORK). HE TRIED WATER TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS RAINING (I TOLD HIM THAT WOULDN'T WORK). HE SAID THAT WE HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO GET RID OF THEM BEFORE THEY GET INTO THE HOUSE. HE IS TERRIFIED OF BIRDS AND BATS. SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT WE CAN DO.
