I have communicated with our bat expert in Bradenton for many years, and he abides by these bat removal principles:
- Always perform a proper live exclusion.
- Never use poisons or fumigants or kill bats.
- Never use traps or attempt to relocate bats.
- Never do a removal during the maternity season.
- Seal all entry points shut with guarantee.
- Offer attic cleanup and decontamination.
- Properly Florida licensed and insured.
Before you hire anyone, including our tech at 941-313-7913, talk to them, and make sure that they understand what they are doing, and that they have experience. Be sure that they do abide by the principles I outlined above. This is not just for the sake of the bats - I'm no tree hugger - it's for the sake of doing the job correctly, for you and your property. The fact that it's good for the bats as well is a lucky coincidence. And really, bats are good animals, which I'm sure you realize. I hope you have a good experience with your Bradenton bat control project. You can email me personally if you have any problems with our tech, and I will talk to him, but I doubt that will be necessary. Good luck!
Bradenton wildlife control company bat reader email:
Hi David, This morning I found a bat crawling on the floor in my bedroom. I carefully picked it up with a towel and put it outside on the grass. The bat was small but I'm not sure it was a baby. It crawled on the floor as if it was sick or injured but I'm not sure of that either. After reading about bats on your website, I've searched through the bedroom and attic thoroughly but didn't see anything (bats or droppings). All the windows in our house have screens and I have no idea how it got in. Should I still get a professional to come in and inspect the house? I do have two small children and the bedroom of one of them seems to smell most of the time. We could never figure out where the smell is coming from. Perhaps there's dead bat in the wall? Any advise you have for us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ilan
Hi was looking at your website and I did not see a bat removal company near Sarasota florida. I called trutech in Tallahassee florida, do you recommend them? I live in a manufactured home with no access to look in my roof area, but recently saw a bat fly in between the siding and soffit around 7 am. I sat outside at dusk and saw one bat come out at the opposite side of my house where I saw the one go in, near the roof area. A technician at trutech said they use, I think, tubing. Just wanted to know before I have them come out, because they do charge a fee for inspection , if you know anything about this company.
