Not all wildlife removal companies are the same. Some have experience with bat removal projects, and are familiar with the proper methods for
bat exclusion. But others use incorrect techniques, such as bat traps, summer exclusions, or worse, fumigants. Do your research before you hire someone! I personally recommend our field technician for bat control in Wilmington.
Our service range includes all of the the state of Deleware, and of course downtown Wilmington, Elsmere, Bellefonte, Greenville, Montchanin, Talleyville, Claymont, Marcus Hook, Hockessin, North Star, Pike Creek, Stanton, Brookside, New Castle, and more.
Before you hire anyone, including our tech at 302-482-8408, talk to them, and make sure that they understand what they are doing, and that they have experience. Be sure that they do abide by the principles I outlined above. This is not just for the sake of the bats - I'm no tree hugger - it's for the sake of doing the job correctly, for you and your property. The fact that it's good for the bats as well is a lucky coincidence. And really, bats are good animals, which I'm sure you realize. I hope you have a good experience with your Wilmington bat control project. You can email me personally if you have any problems with our tech, and I will talk to him, but I doubt that will be necessary. Good luck!

Hi there, I am renting a duplex and I think my property managers are trying to get some bats out of the attic/walls and I am concerned that it is not a safe time of year to be dong so (and I do not know what measures they are taking). About a week ago they put moth balls up there hoping the smell would naturally drive them away, I complained about the smell and that is how I found out what they were up to. I was just wondering what officials I might want to contact to give them help or advice on what to do. I live in a small Delaware town and it's a pretty small city (Wilmington DE is the closest bigger city). Thank you very much for any help!
David, I have been trying to get my landlord to get rid of the bats in my attic for more than two years now. They have sent the same company now twice, and are expected to be here again this evening to get rid of the bats. They say they are simply going to spray repellent and seal the entry ways. According to everything I have read this is WRONG! Is there an authority, in Delaware that I can report this to. I know this procedure is not okay. What do I do? Thank you

- Always perform a proper live exclusion.
- Never use poisons or fumigants or kill bats.
- Never use traps or attempt to relocate bats.
- Never do a removal during the maternity season.
- Seal all entry points shut with guarantee.
- Offer attic cleanup and decontamination.
- Properly Delaware licensed and insured.
